By using DAILY, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

DAILY provides personal daily planning tools, including schedules, streak tracking, rewards, and optional social features such as friend invitations.

You must provide accurate account information and use the app lawfully. When sending invitations by email or share link, you confirm you have permission to contact the recipient. Do not send spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messages through DAILY.

Email invitations are sent when you request them inside the app. Invite links and mobile text messages are composed by you and sent through your email client, messaging app, or share sheet. DAILY does not send SMS on your behalf. Recipients can opt out of invitation email using the unsubscribe link in each message.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
