DAILY ("we", "us") operates the DAILY mobile and web application at https://plandailyapp.com. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the app.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your email address for sign-in, profile details you choose to add, and contact information you enter or choose when inviting friends. On mobile, if you use Choose from contacts, we only read the single phone number or email address you select for that invite. We do not upload your address book. We also collect basic device and usage data needed to operate notifications and keep the service secure.

When you invite friends, we send email invitations you request or create invite links you share. On mobile, you may open your device messaging app with a pre-filled invite message; those texts are sent from your own number, not from DAILY.

We send transactional email such as magic-link sign-in messages and friend invitations when you request them. You can opt out of invitation email using the unsubscribe link in each message.

If you choose Sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google such as your email address and first name so we can create your account and personalize the app. We use this Google user data only to authenticate you and operate DAILY. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

We use information to provide the app, authenticate you, deliver invitations you send, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
